Based on the concepts of "food education" and "wood education,"

we will demonstrate plating techniques using professional cooking tools such as rice ball molds and "mossogata" (traditional Japanese food molds). The menu will feature dishes that can be easily recreated at home, perfect for parties and special occasions. We will also unveil creative dishes ideal for "Children's Day on May 5th."
