Shipping date
If there is no shortage in stock, your order will be shipped on the second business day after your order.

After your order is confirmed, we will process the shipment and send you an email with the subject " 【YOUBI.shop】Shipping has been completed " to inform you of the shipping date. *You can check the delivery status of your package after it has been shipped from our store on the delivery company's website, which will be listed in the " 【YOUBI.shop】Shipping has been completed" email. *If you wish to change the expected delivery date after the product has been shipped, please contact the delivery company directly with the package slip number listed in the "【YOUBI.shop】Shipping has been completed " email and complete the procedure.
About the purchase statement
If the orderer and the recipient are the same, we will include the invoice in the package, but if the orderer and the recipient are different, we will not include the invoice in the package, so please rest assured. In that case, the email we sent to the orderer will be the invoice, so please check it.

Shipping is free for orders over 11,000 yen (tax included) per delivery.

If you have a specific delivery date, please enter the date in the "Desired Delivery Date and Time" field in your shopping cart.
If no delivery date or time is specified, we will usually ship as soon as possible after the item is ready.
If there is no shortage in stock, we will ship the item by the next business day .

Delivery time: Morning / 2-4pm / 4-6pm / 6-8pm / 7-9pm
*If we cannot accommodate your requested date, we will contact you separately.
*Depending on the shipping company, we may not be able to accept requests for specific delivery times.
*For "pre-order items" (made-to-order products), you cannot specify a delivery date and time.
About collection
Please be sure to collect your package within 7 days of delivery. The delivery company will store your package for 7 days.
If you are not at home, a missed delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Please check it and request redelivery.
If the item is returned due to an extended absence
If you do not collect your item within 7 days of shipping, the storage period will expire and the item will be returned to us.
Please note that in this case, the return shipping fee (normal shipping fee), shipping fee at the time of shipment, and various fees will be charged to the person who placed the order.
The order will be treated as cancelled.
Regarding shipping to and purchasing from overseas
■ We do not ship products overseas.
Please note that we only deliver within Japan.
We currently accept domestic shipments only.
