■We use non-fluorescent hosho Japanese paper.

■By tying Mizuhiki onto the finished hosho wrapping, you can create a festive atmosphere.

■Please be careful not to overheat the paper as it will burn.

■Do not use over direct flame.

[Precautions for use]

When using an oven:
1. Prepare grilled fish and shellfish (ingredients).
2) Thoroughly moisten the hosho baking paper with a spray bottle.
③ Place the cooked ingredients on moistened hosho baking paper and wrap them up.
④ Place a wire rack on an oven plate, place the hosho wrapping on top, and spray with the mixture of sake and water.
⑤ Place in an oven at up to 150℃ and remove when the paper has browned. (Do not use above 150℃.)

When using a ceramic pan

1. Wrap the prepared ingredients in hosho baking paper.
②Put 10cc of water into the pot and place a strainer in it.
③ Place the hosho baking paper containing the ingredients on top of the wire rack and close the lid.
Adjust the baking time to your preference.
