Though it looks like pottery at first glance, it is a beautiful vessel with a subtle translucence when held to the light, and a lustrous, smooth texture.

<What is Gyoku Glass?>
Gyoku glass is a pure white glass, strikingly different and more beautiful than ordinary transparent glass. It is a specially manufactured glass called "Gyoku" (砡), designed to appear white due to the diffuse reflection of light. It typically contains feldspar in addition to standard glass.
