■ Made with non-fluorescent paper.

■ Wrap cooked dishes in baking paper and bake them in an oven to brown them.

■ Elegantly showcases the beauty of the four seasons.

■ Be careful, as the paper may burn if overbaked.

■ Not for use over open flames.

 

【Precautions for Use】

● When using an oven
① Prepare cooked seafood (ingredients).
② Thoroughly moisten the baking paper with a spray bottle.
③ Place the cooked ingredients on the moistened baking paper and wrap them.
④ Place a rack on an oven plate, put the wrapped food on top, and spray with a mixture of sake and water.
⑤ Place in an oven at up to 150°C, and remove once the paper is browned. (Do not use above 150°C.)

 

● When using a ceramic hot pot

① Wrap the prepared ingredients in baking paper.
② Add 10cc of water to the pot and place a rack inside.
③ Place the baking paper wrapped ingredients on the rack and cover.
④ Adjust baking time to your preference.

* Product will be discontinued once current stock is depleted.
