This is a series of display fixtures and accessories made from cypress plywood produced in Gifu Prefecture, taking advantage of the wood's texture and beautiful edges.
This eco-friendly plywood is made using Japanese cypress, and is produced without waste, using materials for the core that cannot be used for the surface. Because the same cypress is used for the entire core, it is less prone to differences in expansion and contraction compared to regular plywood, and is less prone to warping.
