■We use non-fluorescent paper.
■Wrap the cooked food in baking paper and finish by browning it in an oven or similar.
■Luxuriously creates a seasonal atmosphere.
■Please be careful not to overheat the paper as it will burn.
■Do not use over direct flame.
[Precautions for use]
When using an oven:
1. Prepare grilled fish and shellfish (ingredients).
②Wet the baking paper thoroughly with a spray bottle.
3) Place the cooked ingredients on moist baking paper and wrap them up.
4. Place a wire rack on an oven plate, place the wrapped piece on top, and spray with the sake and water mixture.
⑤ Place in an oven at up to 150℃ and remove when the paper has browned. (Do not use above 150℃.)
When using a ceramic pan
1. Wrap the prepared ingredients in baking paper.
②Put 10cc of water into the pot and place a strainer in it.
③ Place the baking paper containing the ingredients on top of the wire rack and cover.
Adjust the baking time to your preference.
