This cutting board is made from domestic hinoki wood and has beautiful cutting properties.

We used natural Hinoki (Japanese cypress), one of the five Kiso woods (Hinoki, Sawara, Nezuko, Asunaro, Koyamaki). A material that is not too hard and has some elasticity is appropriate for a cutting board, which is used to receive the blade of a knife.
Although it is a cutting board, its design suits any dining table and it can be used not only as a cutting board, but also as a flat plate or tray for serving food.
Small differences and attention to detail that will make you want to use it forever
The diagonal cuts in the corners allow it to be hung and lifted, giving it a unique look. The not-too-heavy "thickness" prevents warping and cracking while still producing a pleasant sound.
